The challenge:
In April 2025, OneStep was approached to provide a modern way to provide realtime visibility and reporting to their site operations managers and their CFO. They were wanting to use the latest technology to ensure reliability and timeliness of data could fast track decision making focused on operational efficiency per site, margin and overall profitability.
The solution:
The OneStep solution included completing a well architecture review of their Azure Databricks environment and then uplifting the platform to build repeatable pipelines to ingest data from their finance system, safety system and timesheeting system. Simple and user-friendly PowerBI reports were built that updated throughout the day to provide near realtime performance to Operations Managers and P&L performance.

The OneStep solution provided near realtime and accurate data to the business leaders. This allowed more timely decisions to be made around manufacturing operations and end of month performance.
